Post-Operative Recovery Therapy
Clinical Manual Lymphatic Care Following Cosmetic Surgery
Healing doesn't happen all at once.
Recovery occurs in stages, and each stage has different needs and goals. During the early weeks after surgery, treatment focuses on supporting healthy lymphatic flow, reducing swelling, promoting comfort, and encouraging the body's natural healing process. As recovery progresses, treatment may shift toward improving tissue mobility, supporting scar healing, addressing fibrosis when appropriate, and optimizing long-term results.
Every treatment is personalized based on your procedure, stage of healing, symptoms, and your surgeon's recommendations.

Personalized Recovery Plans
Healing timelines vary from person to person, and no two recovery journeys are exactly alike.
Following your Initial Consultation & Treatment, a personalized recovery plan will be recommended based on your procedure, stage of healing, symptoms, goals, and your surgeon's recommendations.
Some clients benefit from only a few focused treatments, while others achieve the best results through ongoing care over several weeks or months. As your body heals, your treatment plan may also evolve—from reducing swelling and supporting lymphatic flow during the early stages of recovery to addressing scar mobility, tissue restrictions, and fibrosis when appropriate.
For clients who require ongoing care, Recovery Programs are available and will be discussed during your initial consultation. Your recommended treatment frequency and plan of care will always be individualized to best support your healing and long-term recovery.
Scar & Tissue Restoration
As healing progresses and once cleared by your surgeon, treatment may begin to focus on scar mobility, tissue flexibility, fibrosis management, and long-term tissue health.
The goal of this phase is to encourage healthy tissue movement, improve comfort, and support optimal healing as your recovery continues.
Treatment recommendations will always be based on your stage of healing, surgical procedure, and individual needs.
Recommended Scar Support Home Care
Once your incisions are fully healed and your surgeon has provided clearance, scar-care recommendations may be introduced to support ongoing tissue health.
