Policies
At Hygge Aesthetics & Wellness, appointments are intentionally scheduled to allow each client dedicated time and attention. These policies help keep the schedule running smoothly and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
Appointments
Appointments are available by reservation. Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your scheduled treatment.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to avoid delaying the next client. The full service price will still apply.
New clients may be asked to complete intake and consent forms prior to their appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service.
No-shows may be charged for the full cost of the scheduled service.
Illness
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, contagious illness, active infection, or are experiencing symptoms that could make treatment inappropriate, please reach out before your appointment.
Depending on the service and circumstances, we may need to reschedule your visit.
Medical Conditions & Medications
Please provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your health history, medications, recent procedures, allergies, pregnancy, and any changes that may affect your treatment.
Certain conditions, medications, procedures, or symptoms may require treatment modifications, postponement, or medical clearance before services can be provided.
Your health and safety will always take priority over completing a scheduled treatment.
Post-Operative Appointments
Post-operative treatments are customized based on your procedure, stage of healing, current symptoms, and instructions from your surgical team.
Medical clearance may be requested when appropriate.
Post-operative bodywork is intended to support the recovery process and does not replace care from your surgeon or medical provider. Any signs or symptoms of a possible complication may require medical evaluation before treatment can continue.
Treatment Results
Every body and every skin responds differently. While treatments are thoughtfully selected and customized based on your individual needs and goals, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
For some services, a series of treatments and consistent home care may be recommended for best results.
Packages
Treatment packages are intended for the individual client who purchased them and may not be transferred to another person unless otherwise stated.
Package recommendations, expiration dates, and any additional terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be applied toward eligible services at Hygge Aesthetics & Wellness.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Respectful Environment
Hygge Aesthetics & Wellness is committed to providing a professional, comfortable, and respectful environment.
Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the appointment.
